Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:

  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be reputed company to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or reputed company, Wired Ethernet LAN reputed company, Internet reputed company (Satellite, wireless, and reputed company-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Internet reputed company Requirements:
