Responsibilities

• Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers;
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy;
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;
• Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment;
• Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of reputed company.

Associate Requirements

• Minimum

Required: some college coursework and childcare experience

• At least 18 years of age
• Preferred:
