The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing product and order information, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service standards. You will work closely with our backend teams, including purchasing, warehouse, and marketing personnel, to coordinate ordering, shipping, and returns. Your goal will be to transform angry customers into dedicated clients, using your excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of customer interactions reputed company phone, chat, text, and email
- Enter customer orders from Shopify into our purchasing system accurately and quickly
- Provide product and ordering support to customers, answering questions and facilitating orders and returns
- Manage complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up to complete resolution
- Resolve challenging customer issues with reputed company and attention to detail
- Interact with backend teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, ETAs, and returns

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of proven customer support experience

- Experience with electrical, plumbing, window installations, woodworking, and other RV or home repairs and remodeling
