The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a high-volume, customer service environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Calling members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner.
• Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare.
• Experience working in a customer retention-focused role.

Telecommuting Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly range of $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
