Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Analyzing customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content release strategies
- Streamlining our content launch and episode release processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Testing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions
- Providing reputed company analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
