About the Role

We are seeking reputed company Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialists to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. As a Mod Contractor, you will have the chance to work on the coolest client projects, assisting and guiding customers to the right answers, solving concerns, and optimizing the best use of a client's product or services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 level support to clients' customers reputed company phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues for web and mobile apps
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
  • Utilize a ticketing system to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in providing Tier 1 level support
