Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues by offering solutions, explanations, and options. You'll also sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies. Your primary focus will be on ensuring full customer satisfaction and maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers' information about products or services
- Ensuring that policy requirements are fulfilled, including necessary medical statements, inspections forms, and the completion of appropriate forms, photographs
- Customizing insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
- Analyzing clients' reputed company insurance policies and suggesting additions or changes
- Identifying and prioritizing problems and issues reputed company to service area
- Maintaining reputed company contact with customers to give updates on reputed company toward resolution of issue or service request
- Ensuring that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Referring unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation, including contacting reputed company departments

Essential Qualifications
