Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determining/addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Analyzing reputed company/escalated issues and testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
- Addressing internal/external system improvements or concerns and root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management and remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility and providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
- reputed company and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience with reputed company and/or other CRM systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in the financial industry or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Familiarity with tax coding and corrections
- Experience with system improvements or concerns
