As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in processing trade deals, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You will be responsible for processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in resolving reputed company issues and testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determining/addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
  • Processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
  • Analyzing reputed company/escalated issues and testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
  • Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
  • Addressing internal/external system improvements or concerns and root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
  • Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management and remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
  • Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility and providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
  • reputed company and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
  • Experience with reputed company and/or other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the financial industry or a reputed company field
  • Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Familiarity with tax coding and corrections
  • Experience with system improvements or concerns
  • Certification in data entry or a reputed company field
