SummaryThe reputed company Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, providers, and other stakeholders by handling inbound and outbound calls. This role involves researching claims, verifying insurance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive patient experience.
Your role in our mission Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing member inquiries, and reputed company outbound calls as needed. Ability to remain reputed company and professional in high pressure situations. Accurately document reputed company interactions in the system, ensuring records are updated and complete. Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA and other reputed company regulations. Escalate reputed company issues to supervisors or appropriate departments reputed company necessary. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction. reputed company're looking for High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or reputed company certification preferred. 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a reputed company setting. Strong communication and active listening skills, ability to speak, read and write proficient English. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously and proficiency in reputed company office and call center software. The pay range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
