The Role We're seeking a strategic HR Operations Manager to transform our reputed company function and support our ambitious reputed company goals. You'll be the cornerstone of our hiring operations, ensuring we attract exceptional software engineers while delivering world-class candidate experiences. • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end reputed company processes
• Manage our applicant tracking system (Workable) and ensure fast candidate progression
• Handle job posting, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company candidates, ensuring exceptional service throughout their journey
• Act as main liaison with talent vendors, reputed company firms, and other talent sources

• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities and team dynamics

People Operations & Employee Support

• Serve as primary HR contact for reputed company employee questions and needs
• Manage reputed company and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance across our remote-first team
• Support performance review processes and help facilitate team feedback cycles
• Address employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion

• Partner with finance on compensation reviews and benefits administration

• Maintain and optimize our HR tech stack (Workable, HRIS, benefits platforms)

About You You Must Have:

• Proven experience in HR operations or reputed company, preferably in fast-growing software companies
• Good proficiency with HR platforms (Workable strongly preferred, or similar ATS systems)
• Advanced sourcing skills using reputed company, social platforms, forums, and private technical communities
