REMOTE ScrumMaster
reputed company is currently hiring for an Agile Scrum Master (Remote) to support the Readiness and Employment System (reputed company) contract. This position will be a fully remote position. Acts as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring they follow Scrum practices while also helping them overcome obstacles and improve continuously. Facilitates team meetings, removing impediments to reputed company, coaches the team on Agile principles, and helps the Product reputed company manage the product backlog. Facilitates and guides the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum reputed company - which includes organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values. Implements and maintains the Scrum reputed company. Creates and maintains project timelines. Identifies and manages risks and monitors reputed company against project goals. Facilitates Scrum events: Guides daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other meetings to ensure they are productive and reputed company their objectives. Coaches the team on self-organization, cross-functionality, and adhering to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices. Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 yrs experience Must have experience working in Agile environment.
