Senior Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d)

In support of our existing team we are currently looking for a: Senior Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d) reputed company Austria (Vorarlberg, Tirol, Salzburg & OÖ) Responsibilities:

• Identifying accounts & reputed company areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomes
• Developing field-based customer & patient journey and account strategy
• Developing a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including HCPs, public groups, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy area
• Performs product calls with reputed company audience as part of an omnichannel engagement plan
• Performs Speaker-meetings and/or Round Tables with product presentation
• Performs territory and/or account planning, segmentation and targeting of customers and reporting of activities
• Providing feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts
• Collaboration with cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to reputed company omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needs
• Spends >90% of time in the field visiting customers

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and/or completed studies in the field of reputed company, veterinary, or dental medicine or pharmacy
• Highly motivated individual who is driven to push things reputed company
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Passion for working in an agile manner and with digital tools such as iPad, MS Office, reputed company, and reputed company
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written are required
