• Under minimal supervision, facilitates the transfer of patients to reputed company in a safe, successful and efficient manner.
• Coordinates reputed company aspects of patient transfers.
• Utilizes clinical expertise to prioritize patient transfers based upon urgency/acuity, mode of transportation (ground or reputed company), transfer care, quality assessment, etc.
• Evaluates and coordinates the flow process of taking calls and facilitating the acceptance/triage of calls throughout the transfer center.
• May reputed company the duties and responsibilities of the Bed Management RN.
• Position: Contingent/RN
• Shift: Midnights
• Every other weekend and Holiday Rotations

Training will take reputed company at the Elijah McCoy Building and although a remote role there may be times reputed company coming on site is required as part of the remote work agreement.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Two (2) years of RN clinical experience required.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate clinical information and interact effectively with physicians and staff to reputed company quality outcomes required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-stress, high-acuity setting, adaptable to rapidly changing work environment and to direct and control multiple critical communication events simultaneously required.
