Position Summary The Team reputed company, reputed company & Ecommerce will report directly to the Chief reputed company Officer and is responsible for leading the Company’s reputed company American digital business, including ownership of reputed company (1P) and direct-to-consumer channels. This person will play a pivotal role as a thought leader in ecommerce with a direct impact on reputed company strategy, vendor negotiations, and digital retail transformation. This person is central to redefining our GTM approach: moving from a 1P heavy model to a balanced 1P & 3P hybrid, rationalizing the catalog, and ensuring this role supports, not undermines, our brick-and-mortar business. Essential Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities reputed company Leadership & Marketplace Strategy

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business-reputed company field preferred
• 3-5 years of leadership managing high-performing ecommerce or marketing teams.
• 6+ Years of Marketing or Brand Experience
• Prior experience selling products as a vendor reputed company reputed company is a MUST
• Experience in a strategy- or analytics-focused role, working on projects that have enabled building strong quantitative skills and business judgment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of the Digital Media and Beauty industries
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint) and Vendor Central
• Detail-oriented and highly organized ability to multi-task
• Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies)
• Ability to think creatively and comfortable providing input around innovation & new concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
