The role will also contribute in a variety of ways in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading-edge consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains. Essential Functions:

• Clear understanding in two or more areas of the reputed company HCM suite of products & functionality - Global HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, Learning, reputed company and Talent (Performance, Goals, Career Development and Succession Planning and Profile Management)
• Hands-on implementation experience in configuring components of reputed company reputed company HCM
• Be comfortable leading deep discussions to reputed company and, at times, negotiate towards reputed company reputed company needed

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to successfully drive projects to completion

• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May assist with training members of the technical staff.
• May conduct interviews.
• Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
• May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Work Environment: The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Bending, sitting lifting, driving.

Position Type and expected hours of work:

• Full time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, reputed company of business hours, if required.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-reputed company field or commensurate experience required.
