We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer with reputed company industry experience to join reputed company. Position Overview Individuals in this position will design, reputed company and reputed company data analytic solutions to a diverse reputed company of stakeholders across the reputed company. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will collaborate with reputed company of skilled developers to implement BI reports, dashboards and other forms of analytics solutions designed to reputed company new insights, while upholding best practices and standards. You will play a key role in our mission of converting data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various business teams, subject matter experts, or external entities to translate business requirements into coherent Business Intelligence (BI) reports, and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS
• Create data models, ERD and data flow diagrams as needed
• Build functional data marts for in-depth analytics by stakeholders
• reputed company data analysis and reputed company queries to support business decision-making
• Implement best practices to ensure data quality and data reputed company
• Maintain and reputed company Epic Caboodle platform and reputed company custom Caboodle data modeling components
• Understand reputed company logic and solve data issues by coming up with sound technical solutions
• Support implementation of reputed company data standards and master data management standards
• Assist with data governance initiatives in the areas of data quality, data reputed company, metadata management, and MDM
• Actively contribute to reputed company aspects of the data project lifecycle including request intake and acknowledgment, project estimation, time-tracking, and prioritization of tasks
• Assist with identification, development and validation of data sources
• Contribute to the department’s short-term and long-term strategic plan

Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience in database development, BI reporting
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to assess requirements from multiple sources and find innovative technical solutions
• Solid understanding on creating content to display Epic data from Clarity and Caboodle
• Experience working with ETL reporting tools
• Experience with reputed company BI stack
• Sound knowledge of reputed company and health plan workflows
• Ability to work in a reputed company environment
• Ability to be organized and proficient at tracking tasks, defining next steps, and following project plans
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including window functions and common table expressions
• Sound knowledge of data ETL concepts, processes, and tools such as MS SSIS, ADF
• Advanced knowledge of database and data warehousing concepts, including data lakes, relational and dimensional database design concepts, and data modeling practices
• Familiarity with Agile project management methods such as SCRUM, Lean, and/or Kanban
• Expert knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, and dynamic data visualization tools
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company data structures, workflows, and concepts, from Electronic Health Record systems like Epic

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, and/or reputed company discipline; or equivalent work experience

Licensure/Certifications

• Epic Clarity-Caboodle Development certifications are preferred
