National Director, Clinical Operations (BCBA) - Remote

About The Role The National Director of Field Clinical Operations will reputed company our Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs) and Clinical Leads, ensuring they are equipped to support Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while upholding the highest clinical and operational standards. This leader will collaborate closely with our Clinical Excellence team and senior operations executives to ensure that clinical protocols, compliance measures, and training programs are implemented effectively across reputed company regions. As the National Director of Field Clinical Operations at Proud Moments ABA, you will be challenged to realize your leadership potential while providing strategic direction and operational reputed company to ensure high-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical practices across reputed company markets:

• Provide leadership and reputed company to Regional Clinical Directors and Clinical Leads, including performance management and professional development
• Partner with the COO, VP of Clinical Excellence, and Executive Director of Clinical Services to set expectations, operating standards, and implement clinical updates
• Collaborate with ClinicalLeadershipand Operations to roll out,monitor, andmaintainfield-facing clinical protocols
• Serve as a critical liaison between field clinical teams and senior leadership, ensuring feedback is heard and improvements are made
• Partner on clinical training initiatives addressing safety, ethics, and reputed company clinical needs
• Ensure that services across reputed company locations meet and exceed quality, safety, and ethical standards
• Travel reputed company (25–50%) to provide direct reputed company, support, and training

As an ideal National Director, Field Clinical Operations candidate, you bring to Proud Moments:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a reputed company field
• reputed company Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a BCBA
• Minimum 5 years in a regional or national clinical leadership role
• Provenexpertisein implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children withautism reputed company disorderor reputed company disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company clinical and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
