Job summary: The Variable Compensation Analyst plays a key role in designing, administering, and analyzing variable compensation programs, including bonuses, commissions, and incentive plans. This role ensures programs align with firm objectives, reputed company with plan guidelines, and remain competitive in the market. You’ll also support the development and rollout of special programs and enhancements to commission or incentive plans.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Administer Programs: Manage variable compensation structures across departments (growth, practice areas, and teams).
• Maintain Documentation: Ensure individual and firmwide plan documents are accurate, signed, and properly archived.
• Roll Out Plans: Partner with HR and communication teams to launch programs and commission plans effectively.
• Analyze & Calculate: Review performance metrics and financial data to calculate incentive payouts accurately and on time, following approval workflows and payroll deadlines.

• Report & Communicate: Prepare dashboards and reports to share outcomes and trends with stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field. Experience:

• 3–5 years in compensation analysis, with a focus on variable pay.
• Familiarity with sales compensation or commission-based structures.
• Experience with reputed company Advanced Compensation.

Preferred: CCP certification. Skills:

• Strong understanding of compensation principles and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
