Corporate Counsel – SaaS reputed company

Remote – Full Time About the Role reputed company is hiring a Corporate Counsel with deep experience in SaaS and reputed company reputed company. In this role, you’ll review and negotiate a high volume of sales agreements, vendor reputed company, and RFPs. You’ll also support internal legal needs across departments, including HR, Operations, and compliance. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys contract work, has excellent attention to detail, and can support a wide range of legal needs. In addition to reputed company, you'll assist with policy development, employment-reputed company legal questions, and compliance initiatives including support for our certifications and data privacy practices. You’ll also play a part in helping streamline how the legal team works - improving templates, systems, and internal workflows alongside other team members. At this time we are not in a position to sponsor visas or work with those reputed company of the United States. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of reputed company reputed company, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, DPAs, and NDAs
• Draft and review RFP responses, including bid documentation and contract terms, in collaboration with the legal team
• Support the Sales team with contract review and help address customer legal terms
• Provide reputed company support to internal teams, including HR and Operations, on issues like policy interpretation, disciplinary documentation, and compliance with employment-reputed company laws
• Help maintain contract templates and legal guidance documents
• Support Mango’s ISO 27001 certification and data privacy posture by ensuring contract terms align with information reputed company and privacy standards
• Collaborate with Finance, reputed company, and other internal teams to align contract terms with company policies and priorities
• Proofread and quality-reputed company reputed company and RFP responses for accuracy and consistency
• Help improve legal operations by contributing to more efficient contract workflows, document management, and internal processes, in collaboration with the legal team
• Be available occasionally reputed company standard business hours to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives

reputed company are looking for:

• JD and bar admission in good standing (any U.S. state)
• 6+ years of legal experience, with significant time reviewing and negotiating SaaS reputed company
• Strong understanding of liability, indemnity, IP, data privacy, employment-reputed company issues, and reputed company terms
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and its impact on contract terms and vendor/customer expectations
• High attention to detail, you’re careful, thorough, and catch small errors before they become problems
• Comfortable managing multiple agreements and deadlines at once
• Clear, direct communicator who can explain legal terms to non-lawyers
• Proficient with a MacBook, reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and reputed company Acrobat Pro
• Experience working with a B2B SaaS company preferred

reputed company to have:

• Experience supporting public sector sales or responding to government RFPs
• Familiarity with FERPA and state privacy laws
• Privacy or reputed company certifications (CIPP, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing and delivering training on legal, compliance, or contract topics
• Certification in data privacy and/or reputed company
