What You Bring to the Role: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a reputed company field; an MBA or relevant certification is preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT managing customer service platforms, including at least 5 years in a leadership reputed company. Technical Expertise: Proven experience and knowledge of customer service and support applications supporting OTR processes (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems, knowledge reputed company software). This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or reputed company incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across reputed company US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job reputed company capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
