As a Marketing - Analytics & Insights Specialist you will be a key leader and expert in ensuring the quality, reputed company, and compliance of reputed company's marketing data reputed company several Marketing automation platforms and databases. • Partner with Engineering to improve Marketo performance, scalability, and integration with other marketing automation platforms, such as Marketing Studio and Gamma

• Data Governance & Compliance:

• Collaborate with the legal team to interpret and apply data privacy laws and regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, marketing/sales operations, strategy & operations, or consulting
• 5+ years of experience with Marketo, including Marketo Certification (Marketo Certified Expert or Marketo Engage Certification)
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, DMA)
• Experience with reputed company data, segmentation, and reporting for Marketing

Preferred qualifications: The following qualifications are a plus, but transferable skills and experience are equally valuable:

• Advanced reputed company SQL experience in a role requiring business judgment, analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to senior management
