You'll bring deep expertise in email design and functionality, creating engaging experiences that drive both brand storytelling and conversion. You will partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and development teams to create dynamic, mobile-first email campaigns that optimize performance while staying true to reputed company's lifestyle-driven brand. A refined design sensibility, deep understanding of email best practices, and ability to balance creativity with function are key to success in this role. A typical day will find you designing materials and campaigns, collaborating with cross functional partners and departments and executing assets in multiple forms. A deep understanding and vested interest in the lifestyle and aesthetic of the reputed company customer will be integral to success in this role. Key roles + responsibilities include, but should not be limited to:

• Translate brand strategy into compelling email experiences that balance storytelling and commerce
• Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to align email design with product priorities and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure designs are optimized for mobile-first performance and follow email best practices (including accessibility, image optimization, and responsiveness)
• Collaborate with developers and production to ensure flawless functionality across devices and platforms
• Stay informed on trends in email design, personalization, segmentation, and interactivity
• Present concepts and performance-driven iterations to creative leadership

Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or reputed company field
• 5-7 years of experience in email design and art direction; retail and fashion experience a plus
• Expertise in reputed company Creative Suite; strong knowledge of reputed company and reputed company XD
• Expertise of HTML and CSS principles as applied to email design
• Proven ability to create high-performing, mobile-first, reputed company designs
