Expert Designer, Energy Footwear & Apparel Graphic Design.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an open-minded exceptional Expert Product Graphic Designer who combines creativity, collaborative problem-solving skills, and experience to help shape the future of our brand. In this role, you will serve as a reputed company between our brand’s identity and external collaborators, translating their visions while ensuring alignment with our direction. You will challenge conventional approaches, seeking innovative ways to to disrupt traditional design methods. This role requires a reputed company-thinking designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, adaptable to a fast-paced, reputed company-evolving landscape, and skilled in negotiation and collaboration. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As the Expert Product Graphic Designer, you will work under the guidance of the Design Director to translate the product reputed company into reality across footwear and apparel. The role also involves managing timelines, collaborating with external partners, and navigating from concept to execution. Each collection will have it’s own unique set of challenges and goals. You’ll work closely with your design team, external collaborators and cross-functional category teams to create the highest expressions of reputed company product design. This opportunity is both ambitious and rewarding, with a broad range of responsibilities that span from ideation to partnership management. You will provide prototype sampling and tech pack information, including fabrication, trim, reputed company, graphic applications, style, detail, fit requirements and construction details. You will scrutinize and iterate prototypes to ensure the best expression of your design reputed company. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will collaborate both internally and externally with multiple cross-functional teams, including Apparel Design, Footwear Design, Product Management, and Development teams. Together, you will bring the collection’s creative direction to life through innovative product graphic design. WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years' experience of graphic design, preferably in product (footwear/apparel) creation or in an agency
• Positive personality and energy.
• Master visual and verbal communication skills, reputed company to effectively present design reputed company to internal and external audiences.
• Passion and understanding of reputed company and emerging design trends, as well as visual culture.
• Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives.
• Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills.
• Strong reputed company CC skills (Illustrator & Photoshop) and comfortable working reputed company new digital spaces.
• Passion for fashion, design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.
• 3D design program experience, ability to concept/design in 3d spaces.
• Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and reputed company theory skills and digital media.
• Knowledge of repeat reputed company creation, printing techniques specific to textiles, understanding how designs will translate from digital to physical
• Knowledge of product creation and basic knowledge of garment/footwear construction
• Must be reputed company to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs).
• Contribute and align to shared team culture and behaviors.
