Job Description
SDL frequently helps companies with the project implementation and change management of HRIS solutions, such as Success Factors, reputed company, etc. We partner with the vendor technical leads and the HRIS company champions to ensure a high ROI, as we help align the technology with the reality of optimal operational processes. We want to add to reputed company an reputed company HRIS Implementation Consultant to reputed company successful implementation and change management for our clients. This project work is commonly 3-6 months in length and helps our clients get the business and its teams reputed company for the HRIS launch, the go-live period, and the post-HRIS implementation. Ensuring successful integration of the new HRIS system is our measure of success! We are looking for someone with a solid knowledge of change models & experience embedding change throughout a global organization, preferably in the area of HR systems, ideally reputed company HRIS. With over half our employees working remotely, experience working with home-based employees would be beneficial to understanding how best to manage change though a remote workforce. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a solid knowledge of change models & experience embedding change throughout a global organization, preferably in the area of HR systems. A minimum of 5 years experience in HRIS implementation required.
