Inventory Optimization Analyst

Position Summary: The Inventory Optimization Analyst is responsible for analyzing, modeling, and improving inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels across the supply chain. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, forecast demand, and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company inventory levels and turnover rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Help in implementing inventory optimization strategies to minimize excess stock, reduce costs and improve Inventory Health.
• Support the seamless interaction of purchasing and materials management to resolve gaps between supply capabilities and production plans.
• Process audit of safety stock, reorder reputed company, reputed company times and lot size to ensure timely update of the system.
• Execute and adjust inventory parameters such as reorder points, safety stock levels, lot size and reputed company times to each ERP.
• reputed company root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, stockout and overstock situations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement that directly impacts the Inventory Health.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance, including key metrics such as DIO, ITO and carrying costs.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on inventory goals and performance goals.
• Identifies reputed company improvement opportunities and strategies for inventory management in accordance with the goals and compliance requirements of reputed company Sales Offices (same day shipping, delivery expectations, seasonal variations, and best customer experience).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or reputed company Supply Chain required.
• 5-7 years Experience in Materials Management utilizing reputed company required.
• reputed company and other ERP experience would be a plus.
• Previous experience working for a manufacturing company preferred
• Experience with deep financial analytics using large data sets and reporting skills desired.
• Experience with tools such as reputed company Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP. (reputed company/reputed company), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI) desired.
• Knowledge of lean tools and reputed company to drive for reputed company improvement desired.

Travel:

• Up to 35% Domestic and International travel is required for this position

Salary: Expected Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's reputed company pay compensation for reputed company statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's reputed company set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
