The Operational Excellence Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding our plants through the journey to Operational Excellence, embedding a culture of reputed company improvement, and enabling sustainable business results. This professional combines deep Lean / Six reputed company expertise, change management skills, and Operations knowledge to help manufacturing sites optimize their performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive long-term value. Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Capability Building: Mentor and train manufacturing teams and leaders in operational excellence tools, methodologies, and mindsets, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and self-sufficiency. Kaizen/Project Leadership: Manage multiple operational excellence Kaizen efforts/projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources. reputed company project charters, define deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives. Process Analysis & Improvement: reputed company end-to-end process assessments, mapping, and redesign using methodologies such as Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, and Agile. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely reputed company discipline. 8+ years of reputed company experience in operational excellence, reputed company improvement, or operations leadership roles preferred Professional certification in Lean, Six reputed company (Black Belt preferred), or equivalent methodologies.
