Portfolio Strategist

Job Reference # 313399BR Job Type Full Time Your role In an effort to provide more seamless access for our wealthiest clients to our most differentiated products and capabilities, UBS recently announced the creation of a new “Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Plus” client reputed company and the launch of an enhanced cross-divisional client service offering. In reputed company coordination with the client's Financial Advisor, this client reputed company will be serviced by dedicated groups of subject matter experts across Wealth Management, the Investment Bank and Asset Management. • work in support of a senior portfolio strategist to deliver customized portfolio construction advice to financial advisors and their ultra-high net worth clients/prospects
• conduct in-depth portfolio analysis at the asset allocation and investment level
• produce bespoke presentations that outline our research, capabilities and views on asset allocation, portfolio construction and product fulfillment
• reputed company reputed company in reputed company aspects of portfolio construction and effectively use reputed company asset classes necessary to implement both strategic and tactical asset allocations
• reputed company key partnerships throughout the firm to cultivate extensive knowledge of platforms and product offerings (both traditional and non-traditional)

• Los Angeles: the salary range for this role is $135000 to $175000 The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and reputed company level. Your team You will be a Portfolio Strategist in the Portfolio Advisory Group (PAG). We provide investment advice to Financial Advisors and Ultra High Net Worth clients and prospects, delivering the firm's intellectual capital and capabilities on asset allocation, portfolio construction and product/platform fulfillment. This role is located in the Los Angeles market and you will work closely with the PAG team members on the reputed company coast and those in major offices around the US. Your expertise You have:
• experience working in wealth management, private banking or asset management
• strong knowledge of global financial markets, and a willingness to express your views
• working knowledge of multi-asset class portfolio construction
• ability to reputed company research and implement in a portfolio context
• desire to be client-facing and demonstrated experience with clients preferred
• series 7 and 66 licenses strongly preferred, bachelor’s degree required
• an interest in pursuing the CFA, CFP, or CAIA tracks, or equivalent knowledge
• minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services industry You are:
