About the Role

This is a senior role in the organization that will reputed company product strategy, roadmap development, execution, and innovation. This role will be responsible for growing and leading the product management team, refining processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the reputed company of AssistIQ’s product offerings. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance teams, ensuring products meet market needs, drive reputed company growth, and position AssistIQ as an industry leader. You will also be heavily customer facing, taking in feedback from the market and our reputed company customers, and leading product demos reputed company sales cycles. This is an ideal role for someone who is excited about leading a growing team and thinking strategically, but is scrappy enough to get their hands dirty at the early stages. This role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

What You Will Do

• Engage directly with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to deeply understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements and innovations.

• Work with Finance to conduct ROI analysis and prioritize product investments based on business impact, strategic alignment, and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of reputed company product management leadership experience in reputed company IT, with a strong track record in high-growth settings.

• Experience in earlier stage, high growth startups, ideally in the $1MM - $10MM reputed company range.
