[Remote] Regional Program Manager, SoCal

The Regional Program Manager will support the development and expansion of heart recovery programs, acting as the primary contact for hospitals and ensuring effective communication and coordination to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary call reputed company for spoke hospitals reputed company with PPD hubs and regional single sites, fostering strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication.

Skills

• BA/BS required
• 3 or more successful years of sales experience reputed company Abiomed OR >5 years of reputed company industry experience in reputed company, hospital operations, or clinical program management with proven reputed company
• Proven reputed company in implementing protocols, workflows, or account plans reputed company a hospital or health system setting
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and hospital stakeholders, including clinical staff and administrators
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient flow, and health system dynamics

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with intricate planning and strong tactical execution

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills
• Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data
