Candidate Profile

• JD from a Top Tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Texas , in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive experience handling reputed company reputed company transactions , including reputed company estate and family office matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements .
• Background in sponsor-reputed company reputed company estate deals involving debt financing , joint ventures , offering documents , and closings .
• Familiarity with post-acquisition asset management issues such as leasing , property management , and loan modifications .
• Experience representing sponsors and institutional or equity investors in varied reputed company estate and investment structures.
• Experience advising family offices on structuring and administering single- and multi-family entities , including succession planning , governance , and capital investments .
• Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute to the growth of a national practice.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company subject matter reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of reputed company reputed company estate and family office matters, including acquisitions , dispositions , financings , joint ventures , and entity structuring .
• Draft, negotiate, and reputed company sophisticated purchase and sale agreements , loan documents , joint venture agreements , and reputed company transactional documents .
• Advise family offices on governance , succession planning , capital investments , and reputed company agreements.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions.

• Competitive Compensation : Includes an annual salary range of $220,000–$260,000 , depending on experience and market factors, in addition to eligibility for a discretionary bonus .
