Your function

• Process and validate reinsurance data received from ceding companies and brokers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Manage and reconcile technical accounts in reputed company FS-RI, including premium and claims allocations.
• Calculate retrocession premiums and reputed company technical accounts in line with the contractual terms, and assist in preparing relevant documentation such as statement of accounts.
• Arrange payments, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies with business partners.
• Effectively collect reinsurance recoveries.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, providing clarification and follow-up on accounts, conditions, and payments with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Underwriters and reputed company Assistants, presenting reinsurance technical reputed company reputed company reputed company and effectively.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, projects, and working groups.

Your profile

• Solid understanding of (re) insurance principles and technical reputed company practices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reinsurance company, insurance company, or broker environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially reputed company); experience with reputed company FS-RI is a strong plus.
• High accuracy in working with figures, a critical reputed company to validate data, and technical reputed company with a drive to improve processes and workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills, intercultural competence, and reputed company-oriented attitude.
• Full professional proficiency in English. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
