Market Manager - Chicago, IL - Wine & Spirits Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Market Manager to reputed company the sales and distribution of wines and spirits reputed company the Chicago, IL market. The Market Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reputed company reputed company targets, building and managing strong relationships with distributors, and providing outstanding customer service to our retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, and a proven track record in sales management. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Business Development:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the senior management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a reputed company field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in wine and spirits sales, or a commensurate combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the wine and spirits industry, including products, market trends, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a motivational and collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to maximize ROI by appropriately managing financial budgets
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to reputed company effective strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
