Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Marketing Directorto reputed company our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and strengthen our reputed company in the HRTech space. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end marketing initiatives: building brand recognition, driving inbound reputed company reputed company, and ensuring our story resonates across podcasts, YouTube, social media, and most importantly, HR industry events throughout North America. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of innovation, growth, and regional expansion. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused: a marketer who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, blends creativity with data-driven insights, and has successfully scaled marketing in growth-stage companies. Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to accelerate reputed company growth and expand brand awareness across North America.
- Define and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across reputed company channels in the region.
- Establish and scale our reputed company in HR industry events, conferences, and communities in North America, positioning us as a trusted SaaS partner.

- Partner with internal and external creators to produce compelling content, blogs, videos, thought leadership, and case studies, that speak to HR leaders and decision-makers in the region.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, track ROI, and adjust strategies in real time for maximum impact.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align messaging, drive conversions, and support reputed company growth in North America.
- Represent the company at North American industry events, panels, and partnerships to reputed company brand recognition and credibility.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments (HRTech experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of building and scaling GTM and demand reputed company strategies targeting North American markets.
- Strong background in event marketing and community-driven growth reputed company the region.
- Hands-on experience leveraging social media, podcasts, and YouTube for brand awareness and reputed company reputed company in North America.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PR.
