  • Support the sales team throughout the entire technical sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, demos, and handoffs.
  • Qualify technical leads and design tailored service packages across managed network, desktop, server, and cybersecurity domains.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource in meetings with prospects—translating needs into integrated managed-service solutions.
