About the Role: reputed company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Central European Sales Operations team. This individual will be a go-to business partner for our European Sales organisation. The successful candidate will partner with the Central Regional Vice President and their Regional Sales Directors to support Sales Leaders to drive governance, sales execution, and best practices, leveraging consistent tools & methodologies. Effectively building out new processes, strategic planning, report on key metrics, forecasting, assist Sales with quoting (CPQ) and reputed company deal execution, reputed company new sales reps, identify improvement areas and reputed company for sales into the wider Global Sales Operation Organisation. This is a remote role but the candidate needs to be located in Germany to be considered What You'll Do: Help build and run reputed company’s Go-reputed company Sales Operations Strategy:

- Annual Operating Plan, Sales Territory & Resource Planning
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales Operations leader, Finance and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans.
- Assisting in the development, creation, and implementation of Regional planning for annual growth
- Identifying and cleaning up territory and customer/prospect account data
- Assist in modelling and analyzing sales territory scenarios.
Drive ‘Rhythm of the Sales Business’
- Provision of sales management information including regular sales forecasting, pipeline data and analysis.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline process, ensuring accuracy of opportunities and reputed company of other data reputed company the reputed company system.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.
