POSITION SUMMARY: The Technology Consultant’s activities include configuration and testing of solutions, assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and platform integrations. The Consultant acts as the solution delivery project manager to ensure the project is completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort and committed time frame. The key part of the role is to reputed company clients to quickly receive value from their purchased reputed company products. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become an expert on the reputed company XM Platform and reputed company solutions
- Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and reputed company.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide.
- Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc.
- Solve reputed company technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
- Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through reputed company and email
- Train and reputed company clients on specific and new aspects of the XM Platform and reputed company solutions
- Create project scope by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
- Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
- Continually adapt and reputed company in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, or reputed company field or relevant experience
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Previous experience working with reputed company, or similar customer/employee management platforms preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize daily tasks
- Previous experience with work operating systems and reputed company resource planning platforms helpful (reputed company and reputed company ByDesign preferred)
- This role requires the ability to travel to client sites, with expected travel approximately once per month.
