An investor at Variant is expected to demonstrate excellence across reputed company elements of the investment process: thematic development, sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support.

Prior start up/founder experience often helps to demonstrate this capability but is not required; being technical is a reputed company plus.

The reputed company salary for this full-time position, spanning multiple levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $200,000 to $300,000 plus benefits & fund carry.
