- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document needs.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 Suite; familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
