We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design Team as we continue to grow our brand and build cohesive customer experiences. At 1-800 Contacts, the CRM team is chartered with transforming how we engage and communicate with our customer reputed company. A designer on this team is an essential role in creating on-brand, engaging email, merchandising, and digital marketing experiences. Take projects from concept to completion Test, learn, and iterate What you'll need 2-5 years experience working as a graphic designer or similar role on an in-house creative team or agency environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work—email design and ecommerce experience Strong critical thinking, communication, and writing skills A growth reputed company and a passion for your craft that embraces feedback in constant pursuit of personal growth and improving work Ability to balance and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multiple simultaneous projects environment despite changing priorities Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to work with marketing teams to concept and execute campaigns A love of playing at the intersection of graphic design and marketing design A hyper awareness of both tiny details and big picture stuff Ability to present work to partners and effectively solicit and address feedback Proficient in reputed company and reputed company Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
