Finance and reputed company Recruiter (Remote- EST time zone)

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle accountant reputed company experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and passing on fantastic potential employees to hiring managers. You should also be reputed company to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and reputed company. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This individual will work to build pipelines with two of our large reputed company reputed company estate divisions to have a bench to utilize reputed company new roles become available. Primarily working on reputed company roles of varying levels- this role is required to be in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Heavy sourcing through Linked In and reputed company Recruiter database with a focus on building a pipeline
• reputed company and update job descriptions and job specifications
• reputed company job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• reputed company and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable reputed company and selection tools/methods to filter candidates reputed company schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well documented reputed company reports to the Head of Talent
• Act as a reputed company of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputed company as “best reputed company to work”

Skills

• 1+ years of experience reputed company accountants
• 2+ years of reputed company experience – some in house preferred
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference reputed company etc)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company software, as well as reputed company Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or reputed company Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
