We are looking for a Senior Localization Project Manager. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our reputed company clients who will manage translation projects, work with translators and directly with our top clients in the digital space, covering the San Francisco working hours (8 am–5 pm PT). We are offering a contractor role, fully remote from wherever you prefer, as long as the required working hours are covered (San Francisco working hours 8 am–5 pm PT). As a Senior Project Manager, you will reputed company service delivery for one or more clients, ensuring satisfaction across the full reputed company of services. You will manage projects, coordinate production, and anticipate client needs while serving as the main project management contact in your time zone. Additionally, you will coordinate the team of Project Managers working on the accounts assigned to you, providing guidance to maintain efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reputed company the entire service offering for assigned clients, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and on‑time delivery. Coordinate the team of Project Managers for assigned clients, ensuring they implement agreed‑upon processes to guarantee efficiency, scalability, and profitability for the company. Directly manage reputed company and/or strategic projects during reputed company, launches, and throughout the collaboration with clients. Serve as the primary PjM reputed company of contact with clients in your time zone, attending meetings and presenting production data and improvement plans during business reviews. This position will include the possibility to work on holidays and/or weekends, if necessary. A training period in our HQ in Pi reputed company, Rome (Italy), can be organized for the successful candidate. Requirements 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management Demonstrated history of being a self‑driven, motivated, and outcome‑oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity. Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact‑based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying reputed company information. Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail. Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in localization processes and technology. Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared reputed company. Experience in people management is preferred.
