They are seeking a Principal SDET Automation Engineer (reputed company) to define test strategies, implement automation frameworks, and enhance testing efficiency while collaborating with various teams to ensure quality in software development.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and reputed company testing, ensuring coverage across reputed company application layers
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks seamlessly integrating with CI/CD pipelines for reputed company testing
• Evaluate, select, and implement industry-leading testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• reputed company initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, increase test coverage, and improve quality metrics by introducing new methodologies, and integrating cutting-edge tools and technologies
• Follow advancements in AI, technology, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and SQA teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and approaches
• Design and implement performance and reputed company testing frameworks, seamlessly incorporating them into the overall SQA process
• Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics, including defect density, test coverage, automation effectiveness, and overall release quality
• Participate in design and architectural discussions, ensuring testing considerations are included early in the software development process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or reputed company field
• 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology-reputed company occupation
• 8 years of experience in Software Development and Automation testing for non-Ui based applications
• 8 years of experience in Test automation frameworks technologies including Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
• 8 years of experience in Performance testing tools including JMeter or LoadRunner
• 8 years of experience in UI automation frameworks and API testing tools including Selenium, Cypress, reputed company and REST reputed company
• 8 years of experience in Monitoring tools including reputed company, Azure Monitor Log analytics and application insights for tracking and analyzing test results
• 8 years of experience in reputed company and Kubernetes
• 8 years of experience in Software quality assurance tools including reputed company Jira, TestRail, Jenkins, reputed company Quality Center, and Confluence
