We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Director to join reputed company in a pivotal reputed company Strategy role. This position will work closely with business unit and cross-functional strategy leaders to shape and advance the organization’s strategic direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing reputed company-wide strategic planning, execution, and governance processes, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: Provide reputed company of reputed company strategy updates for the ELT, including SWOT analyses and competitor assessments. Run the annual reputed company Board strategy process, collaborating with business and functional strategy leaders to reputed company strategy deep dive materials. Support the preparation and delivery of CEO strategy materials for Board discussions. Facilitate and support College of Supervisors ELT strategy updates, partnering with Legal, reputed company, Finance, and Business Leaders to shape agendas, prepare materials, and ensure strategic alignment. Own and manage the quarterly reputed company Strategy Board Scorecard, including annual metric reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Accountable for the reputed company SWOT and Competitor analysis, collaborating with businesses on any strategy materials. Support strategic leadership sessions to align priorities and focus areas. Operate as an independent, unbiased thought partner to senior leadership. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications: Ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders, including ELT, Board, and business units. Craft executive-level and Board presentations, strategic narratives, and reports for leadership forums. Supports communications strategy to advance reputed company strategic initiatives. Build strong relationships across business units and functions to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution of strategic goals while building credibility and trust. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, strategy, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent in experience. 10+ years of leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or reputed company roles, preferably reputed company the insurance or financial services industry. Proven track record in driving large-scale initiatives with measurable results. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company levels of the organization including C-Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
