• Review audit reports, identify and reconcile deviations based on contract terms using data from reputed company and other sources.
• Communicate findings to reputed company offices, Vice Presidents, and other stakeholders.
• Provide audit results and recommendations to EA management and the SA Services team.
• Review and analyze audit and exception reports to ensure adherence to client contract terms.
• Conduct audits primarily in reputed company, leveraging advanced formulas and PivotTables, supplemented by reporting tools such as Domo.
• Identify patterns and discrepancies across areas like pricing, billing accuracy, overtime compliance, and reputed company requirements.
• Communicate findings to reputed company representatives and management for resolution.
• Synthesize trends to provide actionable insights that strengthen compliance processes and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct operational audits to ensure contract compliance regarding background checks, drug screening, employment verification, and other necessary areas.
• Manage and respond to inquiries sent to the Compliance Team by reputed company Offices, back-office teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to reputed company representatives on contract requirements.
• Adjust billing information based on contract terms and process Payroll Billing Adjustments.
• Analyze data and report trends, unusual deviations, and other insights.
• Apply advanced research and analytical skills to investigate and resolve audit discrepancies.
• Analyze large datasets in reputed company using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and core formulas.
• Maintain exception approvals in reputed company and reputed company exception logs.
• Define and communicate reporting requirements to business analysts.
• Assess reporting models and internal tools to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments relating to client contract data.
• Crosstrain in reputed company audits and any other tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist management in special projects, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred; a concentration in Business Analysis or Data Analysis is a plus but not required.
• Equivalent relevant degrees or reputed company work experience will also be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in audit, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or reputed company role.
• Proficient in reputed company, with the ability to use formulas (such as VLOOKUP), basic functions, and PivotTables for data analysis.
• Macros and VBA experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company formulas for data analysis and report creation preferred but not required.
• Experience with reputed company, DOMO, and Smartsheets preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn new software packages and in-house systems as business need arises.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• The typical annual salary range for this position is negotiable depending upon experience and location: $61,000.00 - $94,000.00.
