• Partner across the E-Commerce and Product teams to define, implement, and maintain our e-commerce conversion funnels (free-to-paid, free trial, trial-to-paid).
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance to define, build, and maintain marketing’s e-commerce analytics reputed company.
• Collaborate across E-Commerce and Product to build mechanisms that encourage conversions, upgrades, and expansions reputed company on-boarding, nurturing, and/or scoring.
• Work to identify issues in advance, proactively propose solutions, work cross-functionally on a solution, and project manage to completion.
