What you'll do We’re building a talent pipeline for top-tier Senior Frontend Engineers who are eager to shape the future of user-facing experiences at Clara. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and implement scalable web applications that are fast, secure, and visually consistent. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build features that balance technical excellence with business impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building high-quality user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Designing reusable frontend components with a strong focus on performance and scalability
• Integrating with RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless backend communication
• Maintaining visual and functional consistency across multiple applications
• Writing tests with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Contributing to deployment and automation flows using Rspack, reputed company Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
• Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring teammates

Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Must haves

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and component-based architecture
• Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and modern development workflows
• Experience ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent styling across web applications
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Self-driven, impact-focused, and adaptable to change
