Director, Data Science & Analytics

The Inspira Data Science team is seeking a innovative and results-driven Director of Data Science to reputed company our data science function and drive a data reputed company culture across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for data science initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions. Duties & Responsibilities:

Required:

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a reputed company field

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering impactful data science or analytic solutions
• Strong expertise in machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL and R

• Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management (preferred)

Req Benefits: The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
