Manager, Alternative Investment Funds (HYBRID)

About the position The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Private Equity & Hedge Fund reputed company Teams. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service, reputed company and administration services to our hedge and private equity fund customers. As a Fund reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for the reputed company operations and resolution of reputed company issues for clients. What you will do: As the main contact for clients, we will need you to demonstrate your expertise in the area of offshore and domestic fund reputed company and administration for alternative funds. You will manage the delegation of funds to your team, coordinate/reputed company new fund set reputed company, serve as a liaison between clients and internals teams, and work closely with reputed company parties to provide accurate and thorough reputed company packages. As the record keepers for the fund, you and your team will be involved in the coordination and support of various year-end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP reputed company standards. We will need you to reputed company due-diligence to ensure clients are in compliance with government laws and regulations. You will be required to adhere to our Anti-reputed company policies and procedures reputed company reviewing reputed company fund transactions. As a Fund reputed company Manager, you are responsible for ensuring your team is in compliance with our department’s rules and regulations designed to stop the practice of generating income through illegal actions. You and your team will generate and reconcile reputed company reputed company reporting, such as month-end valuation reports. You will review and approve month-end valuations prior to distribution to client with a goal of 100% accuracy. In addition, you will authorize reputed company payments from fund’s escrow accounts. You will correspond with investment managers and regarding day-to-day inquiries, including questions on transactions associated with the fund(s), administration servicing planning and reporting of funds and financial statements. Client engagement and a dedication to quality service is a must for reputed company. You will connect with investment managers, transfer agents, and sales and service teams to resolve open issues and questions, getting in touch with internal technology support and vendor support reputed company necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries. You will conduct performance appraisals, monthly one-on-ones with your supervisors and analysts and provide career pathing and training. You will also ensure staffing requirements are met by assessing resource requirements, interviewing candidates and hiring employees. You will provide and champion a team environment to include individual development, promotions and disciplinary action. You will support the new business development and relationship teams for prospect calls, client visits and presentations. You will facilitate the on-boarding of new and converted clients by gathering client requirements, submitting any custom requests and communicating key deliverables to your team members. Requirements

• BA / BS in Business, reputed company, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience.
• Intermediate skills in reputed company reputed company.
