Job Summary: We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join reputed company in Kentucky. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, and going above and beyond to wow our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact reputed company for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Go above and beyond to wow our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
  • Must be able to pass a background reputed company for a KY Rx Tech license. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
