Higher Education Human Resources Consultants/Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

This is not your average higher education human resources leadership role. In this unique role, you’ll bring your expertise as a higher ed HR leader to:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership with at least 5 years as the head of HR in a higher education institution.
• A proven record of transforming HR services and delivery in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (HCM, ATS, payroll/benefits) and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Agility to navigate politically sensitive environments and shifting priorities.

Preferred: Master’s degree and/or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification.
